Does Belly dancing make your stomach bigger? – Belly Dancing Music

“I love belly dancing,” Kourtney Kardashian said to Ellen DeGeneres Thursday night. “This is just like getting a belly tattoo. It makes your stomach pop.”

Kardashian was performing what is called a “side twist,” which is her signature move as she dances with her hair in a big bun, but with her legs crossed. DeGeneres gave the side twist to Kourtney earlier this year, and Kourtney is known to do the same move with her stomach.

Tobacco users can suffer the worst risks from the effects of cigarette smoke, finds new research, and that includes more than 200,000 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), a condition in which the heart becomes weakened and eventually dies.

A team led by Sir Richard Peto at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine found that people with the highest prevalence of daily cigarette smoking, more than 20 cigarettes per day, have nearly twice the risk of AMI as non-smokers. The researchers found that AMIs were more common among smokers with a history of heart disease in their families.

There were 761 cases of AMI among people aged 21 and over in the United Kingdom in 2014, and this was up from 741 cases reported five years earlier. The team analysed data on AMIs from the National Heart Audit, covering 10,934 people, to see whether the prevalence of cigarette smoking among people with these risk factors was higher than that of the general population.

To do so they examined data collected from a national register of health and social care contact details. Using a statistical model, the team found that daily cigarette smoking was associated with an increased risk of AMI compared with people who did not smoke.
