Tons of online fat loss and fitness articles have been written about the need to “twist” your belly fat. The best-known example of the phenomenon is Tony Robbins’ eponymous “Ways to Twist Your Belly Fat.”
The premise is that if you are bent-over and hold a weight, say, in a push-up, your belly muscles will stretch out the weight. This will make you look bigger and stronger. In fact, scientists at the University of California Davis have developed a way to measure your belly fat using a barbell.
There are many techniques used to twirl your belly fat. But some experts say there are few or no advantages over doing it the traditional, healthy way — doing dips and lunges.
Here are some of the best ways.
These are best performed with a barbell. Dip weights are also known as dumbbells.
Take the barbell and position your feet flat on the floor. Bend your knees and bend your ankles. Place your hands, palms facing down, on the bar. Make sure to keep your shoulders squared to the bar.
Now dip the weight down into the hole. The goal isn’t to turn your stomach fat, just to get the weight in. The weight should be at about a 135-pound weight. The purpose is to work up toward a 180-pound weight.
If you’re not able to pull all the way down, your hips and knees should be parallel with the floor. Your knees should be bent at 90 degrees to your torso.
When you get to the desired weight, you can relax and lower the feet to the bottom of the dip. If you do not reach your desired weight, the weight is not going to go as far and you might get too big or too strong. Remember, this is a dip. This is a way to improve your size.

If you have some of those muscle imbalances, lunging might not be for you, but this exercise is a great way to keep your abdomen fat, especially your belly fat.
Stand in front of a standing mirror. Bend your knees slightly. Pull your heels to one side while holding your shoulders back to your body. Now jump and jump again.
If you can manage to jump from a standing position, your goal is to jump up from the mirror. Your
