If you asked me, I’d say that all he ever does, that it’s just so over the top, that it’s almost as if he said everything and then didn’t write it down. As far as a genre – I would definitely say that he’s still relevant; it’s that kind of sound. He doesn’t fit that mould; it’s the next big thing. Like, ‘Yo, dude, what’s the next big boom?’ He’s the next big, huge, huge thing, a new wave. You just got to get to him. He’s such a versatile artist. He’s got this thing going on now, an artist that’s really just been able to express what’s in his head. He’s got the biggest hits, that he makes no money off of, but still, he stays on top of everything. He doesn’t give a shit about the money. He’ll still be in the studio working, working, working and still make it a big hit.”

We’ll just go to the studio and he’ll just come in and just rap and spit, we’ll just go about what we’re doing. And then he’ll just do an album and he’ll still be there for the next album and he’s still making it. It’s been great. He’s just a great partner when we get together. It’s definitely one of the hardest things to do. The first month at least, two months you just don’t want it to end. It’s like, ‘Is this going to be good?’ Once you’re in it, it’s like it’s just a regular relationship.”
A lot of people say the fact that you worked with Eminem on the Eminem album that he was going to be making the soundtrack for The Avengers and you worked on the project that he’s making now, he’s basically a pop star?
“Not just the soundtrack – that was our concept to be more of a pop star at the time. So that’s like, we started to have that conversation. With The Marshall Mathers LP 2, he’s a pop star, obviously. But, Eminem was the guy. He was like, ‘Well, I’m gonna do this!’ [Laughs] And I’m like, ‘Well, why
