I think it doesn’t make much sense, I can’t talk to you on that.
What’s the biggest thing you learned on the show that you hope you don’t repeat?
“I want to be the coolest bitch ever!” — Cat
Oh yeah the coolest bitch ever. We have Cat, my wife is with all of the kids.
Are you going to take another crack at comedy?
If I want to, absolutely! Yeah, you know, I guess I had to be patient to get to that point because of the success of it. But I don’t think I’m ready to give comedy a rest.
Does that mean you’re done acting?
It could be a long time. I think that would probably be the easiest way to get out. In the past three years, I mean as a writer, I’ve been lucky to do that. But I think my best course of action now is just to go and just work, don’t really think about it.
That has happened before.
Yeah. I think I was talking to the other guys in the room last night, I was like, “I don’t think I have the energy to be doing this.” And a lot of people have said that to me. I don’t think I have the interest.
DETROIT — Detroit Lions safety Glover Quin knows exactly the type of guy who would benefit from one of the new mobile quarterbacks in the upcoming NFL.
If quarterback Colin Kaepernick and the 49ers come calling, Quin said he wants to see his former team.
Kaepernick, who signed a contract extension Friday to continue his career in San Francisco for another season, is expected to be a free agent this spring. The Los Angeles Rams also have expressed a willingness to move on from Jared Goff.
Quin said if Kaepernick signed with Baltimore or Denver, he would happily welcome another Lombardi Trophy winner.
“I think he should come to the Lions,” Quin said. “He should.”
Quin was talking to a room full of reporters at the GM meetings last month. It was the last stop on an introductory tour for the league’s newest first-ballot Hall of Famers. Before Quin got started, he was asked about the upcoming quarterback class:
“We have a great situation on the offensive side,” he replied, adding that he would have no hesitation in taking one of the quarterbacks selected in Sunday night’s draft.
